Terms & conditions

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client and supersede all prior discussions or representations. No variation shall be binding unless agreed in writing.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the session date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

For sessions requiring travel or special arrangements, additional payment terms may apply and will be communicated prior to confirmation.

3. Scheduling & Cooperation

The Client agrees to provide accurate schedule details and ensure that the session proceeds without unnecessary interference or delay. The Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to guest interference, restrictions imposed by venues or authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Creative Control

The Photographer retains full creative discretion regarding shooting style, editing, image selection, and final delivery. Unedited (RAW) files will not be provided. Images are delivered in the Photographer’s established style.

Requests that materially deviate from the Photographer’s style may be declined or subject to additional fees.

5. Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the stated timeframe. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods. The gallery will remain accessible for a limited period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of payments received. The Photographer reserves the right to appoint a suitable replacement where necessary.

7. Portfolio Use

The Photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Client submits a written privacy request prior to the session.

8. Copyright

The Photographer retains full copyright in all images worldwide. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to share, print, and use the images for personal purposes only. Commercial use, resale, alteration, or third-party distribution requires prior written consent.

All images are protected under applicable copyright laws in Singapore, Japan, and international copyright treaties.
