Refund policy

1. Booking Fee

All booking fees are non-refundable.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellations by the Client are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Force Majeure

If the session cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control (including severe weather, natural events, or government restrictions), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

4. On-the-Day Changes

Changes requested after the Photographer has commenced travel or arrived on-site may incur additional charges.
